You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Domestic Returns: For domestic returns within the UK, we offer free return shipping on all orders over £60. For orders under £60, a return shipping fee of £3.39 will be deducted from your refund.
  • International Returns: For international returns, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
